Gorge Walking Wales or Canyoning does require a degree of physical fitness. It can be demanding and testing as it involves some swimming and walking. However it is suitable for non-swimmers as buoyancy aids are provided. This activity may leave you feeling exhausted, but the adrenalin rush that you will experience from taking part will leave you felling totally exhilarated!
