But fear not... our experienced mountain biking instructors will break you in gently! They'll run you through the nuts and bolts of body positioning, gear shifting and controlled braking, and a few basic mountain biking techniques to get you going in the Herefordshire and Welsh countryside.
Once you become familiar with your trusty steed, it's time to tackle the trickier stuff! There are a wide variety of trails to choose from in Herefordshire and Wales, ranging from gentle woodland trails for those who just want to take it easy, to the nerve-jangling sheer descents for the real daredevil speed merchants!
We will tailor your adventure to suit the ability and fitness of your group. For the really adventurous individuals, we have some fantastic hair-raising, adrenaline-pumping routes (complete with jumps, rumbles, strips and a whole lot of mud. An activity you'll never forget and have the stains to prove it! For those of you who prefer to cruise along in your own time, there are also plenty of trails involving spectacular scenery and an abundance of wildlife to really take your breath away!
To get the best routes this activity may not start at our activity centre but in the local area and for your safety, helmets are provided. You will be accompanied by experienced mountain biking guides at all times.
